The SqueezeBack material file should be less than 300MB because that is the maximum file size the current
system can handle. by changing the Colour Depth and CODEC parameters, the Colour Depth was reduced from
32 bits to 24 bits and the CODEC was changed from Raw to Animation.

Booking and Scheduling Process
Sponsorships:
- Receive bookings from client.
- Check if material has been delivered if not send
the specs to client. - Check avails for SB and confirm alternatives with
client.
Client:
- Confirm the spots and sign the schedule with the
flighting instructions.
Feedback reporting
External process for non-flighting
Sponsorship:
- Check for non flighting on compliance recorder
and notify the client of non broadcast and send
available spots for replacement to client.
Client:
- To confirm the alternative and add it to the original schedule with the flighting codes and sign.
Exposure in TARGA and MP4
- Current IBMS caters for maximum 10 characters for the media item i.e. flighting codes or any transmission type.e.g. MTNP10001E.
- For internal use: airtime sales will use the flighting code without slashes(/) and T e.g. MTNP10001E.
Conditions
- Material to be sent to FCC for ingestion 5days prior
to transmission, thus material to be sent to Selwyn
and Medialogistics 10 days before broadcast. - Bulletin to be sent to TX schedulers 7 days before
transmission date. - No SqueezeBacks on AFP’S and Primedia
Programs(Deal or No Deal). - We play out Two SqueezeBacks on a 30min
programs (2nd and 3rd Segment)
